The hotel is spotless with informative and excellent staff. the building and rooms are nice and soundproof. the decor in the rooms is really nice. the location is comfortable and strategic, only a 10-15 minute walk from New Lane Street Foodstalls.

I spent 3 nights and will come back. The stay here was great, thoroughly enjoyed the hotel, it was clean with super location very close to Penang, airport, and the historical center of Georgetown. The staff were both informative and kind.

The property was nice and we had a such great stay. It was splendid, good and in sound proof. It was nice having an electric kettle, climate control, and a personal safe. The staff were good and lovely throughout our stay.

The unit we got was a nice size with fresh towels and clean linen. the location was central, just off all tourist places, airport, and public transport. Georgetown district was worth staying in.
